Delivery and service dates are binding only if expressly confirmed in writing by Elbenwald. Elbenwald is entitled to deliver before a stated delivery date.

Delivery time within Germany

If the items are in stock, the goods are handed over for shipping on the next working day after receipt of the order. Within Germany, delivery by our logistics partner DHL generally takes an additional 1–2 working days after dispatch. High parcel volumes, for example shortly before public holidays, may cause minor delays. Information about an item's availability can be found in its detailed description.

🛈 Delivery time depends on item availability. You can find the relevant information in the detailed description of the product.

International delivery time

International orders take at least 3–5 working days to arrive after dispatch by Elbenwald. Experience shows that international shipping takes around one week. High parcel volumes, for example during the Christmas period, may extend this time, so we recommend placing your order early.
