We ship all our domestic parcels with DHL.
As soon as your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code. You can use the link or go directly to DHL to find out where your parcel is currently located.

Order today, receive it tomorrow: express delivery can be that fast.
For shipping costs of €13.90, we guarantee next-day delivery for every express order that reaches us by 3:00 p.m. from Monday to Thursday!
This shipping method is available for purchases on account, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Pay now Klarna, Apple Pay and credit card. Express service is currently available within Germany only. The charge is based on our current shipping rates.

Delivery time

Orders placed by 7:00 a.m. on a working day are generally delivered by 6:00 p.m. on the following working day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are generally delivered by 6:00 p.m. on the second following working day. Delivery and service dates are binding only if expressly confirmed in writing by Elbenwald. Elbenwald is entitled to deliver before a stated delivery date.

Delivery time within Germany

If the items are in stock, the goods are handed over for shipping on the next working day after receipt of the order. Within Germany, delivery by our logistics partner DHL generally takes an additional 1–2 working days after dispatch. High parcel volumes, for example shortly before public holidays, may cause minor delays. Information about an item's availability can be found in its detailed description.

International delivery time

International orders take at least 3–5 working days to arrive after dispatch by Elbenwald. Experience shows that international shipping takes around one week. High parcel volumes, for example during the Christmas period, may extend this time, so we recommend placing your order early.

Customs / delivery restrictions

When ordered goods are imported into countries outside the EU, import charges in the form of import VAT and customs duties apply. We complete all the necessary forms for you.

Import VAT is charged on the order value including shipping costs and corresponds to the VAT rate applicable in your country. Additional customs duties may apply and can vary considerably depending on the goods ordered and your country.

Partial delivery

When ordering, please check the availability of the items, as we ship all items together. We only make partial deliveries at our expense if the delivery date stated when the order was placed changes significantly.

If you order items with different delivery times but want to receive immediately available items straight away, the easiest option is to place several orders. To change an order later and have parts shipped separately, please contact our support team.
